A/N:  So here's one out of my never published folder (written 09/21/2010).  I was never quite satisfied with it and thought it could be better, but seven months later and I haven't touched it, so I may as well release it into the wilds of the internets.

A/N: Commentfic sequel to part 6 of "Saturday Is Calling Me" by soda_and_capes / feverbeats, originally posted here, 08/30/2010. I originally intended to continue this, but my muse dried up. Posting here mostly for my own reference.

This time, that bizarre place that nobody wants to visit...yes, the Hotel California of the dreamworld, where once you enter, you can never leave (except when you can), LIMBO.

I’ve bookmarked all fics I’ve come across that deal with Limbo. This list is by no means comprehensive, so if you have any additions, recommendations or suggestions, let me know! This is definitely a work in progress.

Here's the second entry in my Inception-specific thematic list series of doom.

What is more Inception flavored than Edith Piaf's amazing song, Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien, used as the method of waking the sleepers from their dreams.

I've tried to bookmark every fic I came across that specifically incorporates Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien. This list is by no means comprehensive, so if you have any additions, recommendations or suggestions, let me know! This is definitely a work in progress.

I've been thinking about an Inception-specific thematic list for a while. There are common themes in Inception fics that, like any other fandom-specific themes, are unique to the fandom (excepting fusions & crossovers).

To kick off my Inception thematic lists, the 'Mal was right' trope. Basically, Mal was correct in believing that the events of the movie are all a dream. There have been some fabulous and varied fics that explore the idea.

I've tried to compile a comprehensive list, but if you have any additions, recommendations or suggestions, let me know!

I recently rediscovered my love for the movie Brick, a neo-film noir mystery set in a southern California high school starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Summary:   During the inception job, Yusuf is cold and miserable in their Paris warehouse.  Fortunately, Eames knows just what will cheer his good friend up.

A/N:  Written for the inception_kink prompt: "I think Yusef is the only team member who hasn’t had a fill of him getting it on with Eames as a forgery. And since they were BFFs in Mombasa, they had plenty of time to play. Who does Eames turn into for Yusef? Aishwarya Rai? Steve McQueen? Catwoman? Himself? The possibilities are endless!"
...so of course I wrote a gen story about Yusuf being homesick, d'oh!

Influenced by _fx (aka effex)'s, Yusuf meta, though I have no idea if I did the meta or Yusuf justice.

A/N:  This is rather more serious at the beginning than I initially intended, however never fear, the crack wins out.  The extended canon references are thanks to weatherfront's awesome post.
